The clear development of the industry in Caxias do Sul/RS, an important industrial center in the Serra Gaúcha, combined with the excellent work of the TRATHO branch team to serve this market, made it necessary to move to a new space, in order to meet the increased demand for raw material.

With this, the TRATHO branch in Caxias starts to operate in a new pavilion with 1,200m² of area for the storage of products, double the previous pavilion. The new facilities provide a modern structure and increase the regulatory inventories, ensuring better supply and customer service.

The new space integrates the commercial area on the 12 x 5 meter mezzanine, fully equipped for employees and customers. In the same space, below the mezzanine, the branch has a reception, meeting room and two toilets. The pavilion is surrounded by a wide side and front lawn and gardens.

As it is on a street parallel to the northern perimeter, where access to anywhere is much more viable, the location is strategic and makes logistics more efficient and effective. In addition, the new pavilion is on a corner, with two entrances for loading and unloading: one on the main street and one on the side street.
