TRATHO FIDELIZA, the Loyalty Program that offers commercial, sustainable, and social benefits.

In operation for almost three years, the TRATHO Loyalty Program was developed to offer advantages that increase customer satisfaction in the negotiations of the various raw materials solutions. It involves environmental responsibility and allows for part of the purchase volume to be reverted into benefits for society.

To comply with ESG practices, TRATHO FIDELIZA groups customers into five tiers: Amethyst, Topaz, Esmeralda, Sapphire, and Ruby, considering their business volume.

By focusing purchases at TRATHO, in addition to the advantages in quality, value for money, and access to differentiated services, the customer participates in an operation with positive results in social and sustainable actions. It is a win-win overall, in which everyone is satisfied: the seller, buyer, society, and the environment.

“Talking about TRATHO FIDELIZA is something very special.

When I took over the project, I saw how important it was to make it ever more present in our routine. We carried out training sessions, adaptations, and adjustments to improve it. All collaborators know their role in the program.

TRATHO FIDELIZA is lived daily and naturally at TRATHO.

I was able to convey the essence of TRATHO FIDELIZA to all our collaborators, and, in turn, our Commercial department could convey it to all our customers.

But how is it lived?

Milhagem do Bem

Through this benefit, a major differential of TRATHO FIDELIZA, the volume of purchases is converted into miles that are transformed into donations to institutions and social initiatives, some referred by our customers, in their city or another region.

Since the first donation of the Milhagem do Bem, in December 2020, several health institutions, families assisted by religious entities, funds, and social assistance projects, associations such as APAE, organizations such as the Central Única de Favelas (CUFA), NGOs that help homeless people and refugees from various countries, educational centers, the civil defense of Sapiranga/RS, assistance to specific families in need who care for children with special needs; communities in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul, some affected by natural disasters, such as Petrópolis/RJ and the North Coast of São Paulo. Even donations to international entities, such as Casa de Caminho André Luiz, in Luanda, Angola.

Donations are monthly and the total figures are striking:

– Over 4 tonne of food;

– Other donations of more than 1,000 baskets of food staples;

– Various kits of hygiene and personal care items, cleaning products, diapers, and blankets;

– Support in energy expenses, equipment, training courses, and sponsorship in fundraising events of institutions.

Note: Donations made in social responsibility actions promoted by TRATHO on other fronts, such as charitable associations, nursing homes, NGOs, soup delivery to families in need and homeless people, etc., with the voluntary participation of employees, are not included.
