TRATHO’s purpose is to promote an environment of trust to create prosperous synergy between the parties involved in its relationships, so we act with transparency, coherence and authenticity.

As a result, at TRATHO, privacy in relationships is a priority, so that everyone is committed to the security and protection of personal data.

And to enable a transparent relationship with all customers and users, TRATHO created this PRIVACY POLICY, which was adopted as an integral part of its corporate management system.

The purpose of TRATHO’s PRIVACY POLICY is to clarify what information is collected and how it is used, so that its customers and users feel secure about the treatment of their personal data.

This PRIVACY POLICY is applicable when users use TRATHO’s services, which require the processing of personal data, whose collection will take place through our services and communication channels.

The acknowledgment of and consent to the terms of this PRIVACY POLICY will occur at the moment you agree to the use of your personal data, whether regarding the collection, as well as regarding the use, sharing, storage, treatment, etc.

  1. WHO ARE WE?

TRATHO has been operating since 2013 in the smelting of non-ferrous metals and distribution of chemical products with the proposal of lasting cooperation, excellence in quality, delivery times, competitive costs and a strategy that adds value to its customers’ business.

  1. HOW DOES TRATHO COLLECT YOUR DATA?

TRATHO collects your personal data through the following sources:

2.1. Website: The TRATHO website can be used to collect personal data when the user makes contact through the following communication channels:

2.1.1. Sending a message by “BUSINESS CONTACT” and “OMBUDSMAN”

When the user sends a message through the communication channel “Business Contact” and “Ombudsman”, TRATHO may collect the following personal data: name, e-mail, telephone and message.

2.1.2. Requests made through the “LGPD” channel

To ensure the confidentiality and security of information, TRATHO created the LGPD communication channel, whose request form collects the following data: full name, CPF, telephone, e-mail and additional information.

2.2. Other means of interaction:

2.2.1. External channels

TRATHO is present on social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn, but the company does not maintain a service provision contract for the provision of statistical access data or behavioral research, such as, for example, the type content viewed, frequency and duration of activities.

2.2.2. Electronic mail and instant messaging systems:

TRATHO may collect personal data through the use of electronic mail and instant messaging systems, such as WhatsApp, email, SMS and the like, but in accordance with the Personal Data Privacy Policy, as well as in accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data.

2.2.3. Financial and payment operations:

Financial and payment transactions, as a general rule, are carried out in B2B relationships, as the focus of TRATHO’s relationship involves businesses where the final customer is another company and not directly with an individual (B2C).

In any case, TRATHO and its payment processing service providers handle your financial information in compliance with laws, regulations and security standards.

TRATHO may also contact you, by phone or email, to obtain any additional information, in order to ensure that your request is met in the best possible way.

The contact will be made based on the legitimate interest, right supported by the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data, to provide accurate information before we make a sale or finalize the process of analysis of request for personal data.

2.3. About the use of Cookies

Cookies are small text files that store users’ browsing history on the TRATHO website.

When users access the TRATHO website, to browse our products and services, and when viewing the information that is made available, some cookies are collected to make your experience better.

With respect to users, TRATHO clarifies that it only collects the necessary cookies, which do not serve for the identification or collection of personal data, serving only to allow the correct functioning of the website.

Without the necessary cookies, the TRATHO website may not function properly, however the user can configure it through the “privacy options” icon.

  1. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA

As a general rule, TRATHO does not collect sensitive personal data, however, the processing may be carried out when it is based on one of the legal bases, provided for in article 7 of Law 13.709/2018, or with the consent of the holder.

  1. PERSONAL DATA OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

TRATHO respects the rights of underage children and adolescents and, therefore, does not collect their personal data.

However, in some situations, the collection of personal data from children and adolescents may occur through their parents or legal guardians, with explicit consent, for the purposes of legal compliance or, even, when they find support in one of the bases provided for in article 7 of the Law. 13,709/2018.

  1. HOW IS YOUR DATA PROCESSED?

Your personal data will be stored and processed in a controlled and suitable environment, with a security and traceability system capable of identifying any attempted attack or violation, which is subjected to penetration and vulnerability tests.

In addition, TRATHO invests in firewalls, file encryption, data backups, etc.; all with the aim of guaranteeing the security and integrity of the personal data that is processed on your corporate network.

TRATHO has a Personal Data Protection Officer (DPO – Data Protection Officer), who is responsible for the relationship between the company, the holders of personal data and the ANPD (National Data Protection Agency):

TRATHO’s Data Officer is available to all users and requests from data subjects (customers or users) must be formalized through the Communication Channel.

  1. RIGHTS OF DATA OWNERS

Among others, the holder of personal data has the right to obtain from the data controller:

  • Confirmation of the existence of treatment;
  • Access to your personal data;
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or processed data in violation of the provisions of the LGPD;
  • The portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request, under the terms of the law and provided that commercial and industrial secrets are observed;
  • Deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the holder, except in the cases provided for in art. 16 of the LGPD;
  • Revocation of consent, under the terms of § 5 of art. 8 of the LGPD.

These rights can be exercised through the communication channel available on the TRATHO website, requiring the completion of the form, as well as the confirmation of the data subject’s identity by providing an identification document.

TRATHO clarifies that if the form is sent without proof of legitimacy of the holder, the request will be automatically rejected.

It is important to clarify that, in some cases, the exclusion will not be possible, notably for the purpose of satisfying legal and contractual obligations.

Updates to this PRIVACY POLICY will change the date and version number of this document.
